Gold Thread Meditation

This is a short, 6-minute practice designed to bring you into presence through gentle breath awareness and a guided Gold Thread meditation. I first experienced this during a retreat with Rachel Hunter, and it’s since become one of my personal favourites to return to again and again.

Feel free to use this as a standalone practice for a quick reset, or incorporate it into your personal practice as needed. You might like to have an eye pillow, a light blanket, or a rolled-up blanket or bolster for added comfort.
