Grounding Into Stillness – Save the Date
Join us on Saturday, 9th May 2026 at the beautiful Kimi Ora Eco Resort in Kaiteriteri for a nourishing day of grounding yoga therapy and somatic practices, designed to soothe and calm the nervous system.
Facilitated by Debbie Sumner and Jen Holmes Beamer, this will be our second year offering this deeply restorative retreat.
More details will be shared closer to the time. In the meantime, you’re welcome to register your interest in advance.
If you’d like to extend your experience, you’re also welcome to book accommodation independently and stay a night or two at the resort.
